Pistol Lake's COVID-19 Update
First and foremost: Our entire team is healthy and doing all that we can to be good citizens right now – like washing our hands, only buying what we need, and limiting our social interactions.
We are also working to keep our promises to all of you and to keep every one of our customers healthy. Any new orders you make (or made recently) will be shipped, pre-orders are all on-schedule, and future production is currently on track.
We want to take care of you guys, of course, but we would only do so if it were safe. So, here’s what we’re doing to protect you and our team:
We’re being mindful of all people who are involved in PL – especially those who don’t have the luxury of working from home. Our warehouse and factory teams have increased their awareness and their distance between workers. They have also cranked up their cleaning routines.
The office team is safely working from their homes.
Customer service is still fully online - you can ask us questions (we’re stuck inside like you - hit us up, we’re bored).
Returns will be a bit slow right now, but we will get you taken care of with the same level of customer service you’re used to with us.
We have fewer folks working at the warehouse to increase the distance/safety, plus we are quarantining each return for 96 hours before processing to protect our warehouse team. It’s a strange time for us to be processing worn items - so we want to take every precaution.
All this said: this is a rapidly changing situation. Should any of the above change, we’ll post on Reddit immediately and add any important information to the header of our website.
